Unfortunately, no. Due to contracts and royalties, the sale of our plants are strictly limited to New Zealand Commercial Cut Flower Growers. Under no circumstances are we able to sell these items individually, or in bulk, to those who do not fit the above category.

While we always try our very best to fill all orders we receive, it can be more difficult to fulfill orders sent to us at the last minute. We ask that all Auckland orders are in by 10AM for same day delivery & out of Auckland orders to be in by 12.30PM the day of dispatch.
If you would like to make changes to your existing order, please get in touch with us via email or phone and we will update it for you.
Once an order has been placed through the website, it is printed off and given to our dispatch team. Any additional changes made are updated on the hard copy records only. If you would like to confirm what you have on order then email us and they can provide you with an update order sheet.
There is no limit to how far in advance you can place your order.* We work on a first come - first serve basis so the earlier the better. We recommend especially with wedding orders, that you place your order through as soon as everything is confirmed with your customer. If you are wanting David Austin Roses, we also recommend that you place your order in as soon as possible as these are in extremely high demand.

We are unable to run parallel pricing on the website that will pick up the date that the order is going to be dispatched when the order is placed. If you would like a quote for any order that is to be dispatched during the Valentine’s pricing period please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

No, there is no minimum spend amount. While it is preferred that all orders are over the value of $100, we know that on occasion this isn't always achievable.
All accounts with us are required to be set up to direct debit, which runs on a 7-day payment process.
