Calathea Orbifolia 14cm Pot Plant

Calathea orbifolia is admired for its broad, rounded leaves marked with striking silvery-green bands that radiate from the central vein. The generous foliage is supported on long, upright petioles, creating a graceful, layered canopy with a distinctly architectural form. The combination of oversized leaves and finely defined striping makes this one of the most recognisable Calathea varieties.

Habitat: Prefers to be kept in warmer temperatures. Avoid sudden temperature drops, and keep away from draughts.
Light: Bright, indirect light. Shield from direct sun.
Water: Water little and often with filtered, room temperature water.
Soil: Use a well-draining potting mix to avoid root rot.
Fertiliser: Will benefit from the application of a balanced plant fertiliser during peak growth periods.
