Christmas Indent List
The Hoya Hindu Rope is a curly-leafed version of the more common Hoya carnosa. This unique plant is known for its waxy foliage and curling leaves, it's semi-succulent and thrives in bright, indirect light and higher humidity levels.

  • Habitat: Happy in average household temperatures and will enjoy higher humidity in the summer months.
  • Light: Likes bright, indirect light for at least six hours daily to produce the best growth results.
  • Water: In Spring/Summer monhts water more often once the top few inches of soil have dried out, ensure plenty of drainage in the pot to avoid root rot. In Winter months, reduce watering and pay more attention to the temperature and humidity needs of the plant.
  • Soil: Will be happy in a bark/peat-based soil mixed with an orchid mix through it to help create a free-draining medium.
  • Fertiliser: Will benefit from the application of a balanced plant fertiliser during peak growth periods.
