Fittonia 9.5cm Pot Plant

Fittonia, commonly known as the Nerve Plant, is recognised for its intricate network of vividly coloured veins that contrast against rich green foliage. Native to the tropical rainforests of South America, this low-growing species naturally forms a dense carpet beneath the forest canopy, where humidity remains consistently high. Its compact growth habit and finely patterned leaves make Fittonia one of the most distinctive foliage plants in cultivation.

Note: this an assorted mix of Fittonia, images indicate what may be in the mixed box.

Habitat: Prefers warmer temperatures and humid conditions. Trim leaves regularly to keep bushy.
Light: Prefers indirect light.
Water: Will appreciate misting, do not over water. Once a fortnight in winter is sufficient, although plant will 'faint' when thirsty.
Fertiliser: Will benefit from the application of a balanced plant fertiliser during peak growth periods.
Soil: Use a peat-based soil. Allow to drain.

Sold in quantities of 13 x 9.5cm plants per box. Please note, only two separate varieties may be mixed in one box for shipping.
